Can I rent a room for just one hour?
  • Yes. MAQ offers flexible hourly rentals starting from just one hour.
  • You can also extend your booking in 30-minute increments if needed. (Only if there are no reservations scheduled in the following time slot.)
What types of uses are allowed?
  • Our rooms are suitable for a wide range of purposes, including business meetings, interviews, therapy sessions, seminars, workshops, small classes, photo shoots, and online meetings.
  • Light meals and treatments are also permitted (please inform us in advance).
Can I make a same-day reservation?
  • Yes, if there is availability.
  • For smooth preparation and cleaning, we kindly ask that same-day reservations be made at least one hour before your desired start time.
What payment methods are available?
  • We accept online payments via credit card and bank transfers.
  • For on-site payments, credit card is also available.
Is there a cancellation fee?

Cancellations made up to the day before your reservation are free of charge.
Same-day cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Do the rooms have Wi-Fi and power outlets?
  • Yes, all rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi and power outlets,
    making them ideal for laptop or tablet work.
Can I register my company address under the virtual office plan?
  • Yes. Our virtual office plans allow you to use our address for corporate registration and mail and telephone reception.
Can I tour the facility before booking?
  • Of course. Please contact us in advance, and we will arrange a tour based on room availability.
